Healthy Mojo Ltd – Service Terms for Commercial Kitchen Waste Management Optimisation

Healthy Mojo Ltd offers a sustainable and eco-friendly waste management optimisation service for commercial kitchens. Our zero-waste philosophy is rooted in repurposing all food elements—from fruit peels to vegetable seeds—into nutritious menu items. Our expert team, comprising trained staff and certified nutritionist-directors, ensures high-standard operations with minimal to zero cross-contamination.

By hiring our services, you agree to the following service terms:

1. Eligibility

Our services are intended solely for commercial food production environments. This includes:

  • Commercial kitchens

  • Hotels and restaurants

  • Cafés

  • Home-based catering setups

Note: Personal kitchens are not eligible.

2. How Our Service Works

  • Step 1: Inquiry Form Submission

    • Complete the service inquiry form with accurate business details, including your company’s name.

  • Step 2: Initial Consultation

    • A Healthy Mojo representative will contact you to discuss:

    • Your menu and food production style

    • Kitchen setup and workflow

    • Specific requirements and expectations

  • Step 3: Payment & Site Visit

    • After discussion, payment options will be provided.

    • Upon receipt of the initial payment, a representative will visit your premises to assess your kitchen operations.

  • Step 4: Optimization Report

    • You will receive a custom report detailing:

    • Strategies to optimize food usage

    • Recipes aligned with your menu

    • Optional machine recommendations for waste reduction

  • Step 5: Implementation & Final Payment

    • If you choose to implement our recommendations, the final payment becomes due.

  • Step 6: Staff Training

    • After confirmation of the final payment, our training team will visit to:

    • Train your staff

    • Set up an eco-conscious food production system

  • Step 7: Optional Follow-Up Visit

    • We offer an optional follow-up visit one month after implementation to ensure the system is running smoothly.

3. Fees and Payments

  • All fees are to be paid as per the payment structure shared during consultation.

  • Payments are non-refundable once a visit or training session has been completed.

4. Liability

  • Healthy Mojo Ltd is not liable for any food safety breaches post-training unless ongoing consultancy services are contracted.

  • The implementation of our suggestions is at the client’s discretion and responsibility.

5. Confidentiality

  • All proprietary business information, including menu details and recipes shared with us, will remain confidential.

  • Likewise, our reports and recipes are the intellectual property of Healthy Mojo Ltd and are not to be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

6. Termination

  • Healthy Mojo Ltd reserves the right to terminate services if:

  • Misuse or misrepresentation of service scope is detected.

  • Payments are delayed or incomplete.

  • Unsafe kitchen conditions hinder proper service delivery.
